Why it works

A comfortable stay does not require perfect synchronization

Two people can travel together without wanting the same temperature, the same morning, or the same bedtime.

Orange Cat was designed around that ordinary reality. The bedroom and spacious kitchen-living room form two genuinely separate zones. Each has access to its own balcony and air conditioner. One guest can sleep while the other works, makes coffee, or quietly continues the evening.

This is not extra capacity disguised as flexibility. Orange Cat is made for the same two adults to live comfortably together.

Designed around real two-person life

Space to be together, and space to separate for a while

A bedroom that can stay quiet

Close the bedroom door and rest while the rest of the apartment remains in use.

A balcony for each main room

The balconies belong to different parts of the apartment, so going outside does not always mean sharing the same moment or activity.

Two independently controlled air conditioners

Guests can adjust the bedroom and living area separately instead of relying on one setting for the whole apartment.

A kitchen for actual daily life

The kitchen is equipped for ordinary cooking, with a workspace and fast Wi-Fi nearby when part of the day still belongs to work.

Artwork as identity

The Cat came first

+

Orange Cat was not designed as a finished apartment and decorated afterward.

Inessa Gogia's central Orange Cat painting became the starting point for the living room. Its color, texture, light, and atmosphere were developed as one composition with the artwork.

A series of original works continues through the living room and bedroom. Guests are free to recognize their own moods and stories in them.

Created and cared for by the same people

Who takes care of Orange Cat

+

Inessa Gogia and Sergey Gimadov created Orange Cat together and still operate it personally.

Inessa developed the interior and artistic concept and painted the original works made for the apartment. Sergey carried out its technical realization during the complete reconstruction from the concrete shell. Their roles do not end there or remain neatly divided.

Today, both hosts prepare, inspect, maintain, and improve Orange Cat. Guests communicate directly with Inessa or Sergey through the booking channel, without an administrator or outside management company in between.

The apartment is arranged to work independently during an ordinary stay. Help is still connected to the two people who know the place from its paintings to its smallest technical detail.
