A whole apartment, with room to live
Made for two. Built around two different rhythms.
Orange Cat is a short-term rental for one or two adults. You get the whole 54 m² apartment, with a separate bedroom with a door and a kitchen-living room. Two people do not necessarily keep the same timetable, so having two proper living zones helps.
The bedroom has a 160 × 200 cm bed, four sleeping pillows with different firmness options, and summer and winter duvets.
The kitchen has a four-burner gas hob, microwave and dishwasher. No oven. Better to know that before you arrive.
A washing machine and drying rack deal with the less glamorous side of a longer stay. Around day seven, this starts to matter.
There is fibre internet, apartment Wi-Fi and a bedroom extender. One proper desk is joined by a separate dining table that can work as a second surface. They are in different parts of the apartment, although we would not pretend they are two private offices.
The bedroom and kitchen-living room have independently controlled air conditioning. There are also two separate balconies.
Confirmed guests can use self check-in 24/7 after the agreed check-in time, once any necessary identity verification is complete. Private access instructions are sent before arrival. After a long journey is not the time to solve puzzles at the front door.
Once inside, you should largely be able to get on with your own life. There are four apartments on the floor and two lifts in the building core. Inessa and Sergey are nearby when direct help is genuinely needed.

In Tbilisi, near Technical University Metro
24 Vakhtang Bochorishvili Street, Tbilisi
Technical University Metro is about a four-minute walk away. Carrefour and Aversi Pharmacy are in the building.
The bedroom and kitchen-living room are on the sixth floor and face east, across lower-rise private-sector roofs towards the Kura River valley. They face away from the Technical University and Sports Palace traffic side.
This is still Tbilisi. You may hear wind, weather, the river and distant traffic from the embankments.
In one documented daytime test, the bedroom measured approximately 31–33 dB with the balcony door closed. That is one measured condition, not a promise about every hour of the day or night.
The map is better at explaining the location than another paragraph full of adjectives.

Inessa Gogia and Sergey Gimadov host Orange Cat directly. Inessa and Sergey personally prepare and check the apartment before arrival. Guests deal directly with them.
