How Orange Cat Works
Small things are easiest to solve before they become problems.
Orange Cat was created by two people who have spent many years travelling, renting homes and preparing homes for other people.
The apartment reflects those decisions.
Not because every guest will notice them.
Because they should not have to.
The people behind Orange Cat
Orange Cat is created and personally managed by Inessa Gogia and Sergey Gimadov.
Inessa shaped the interior, the artwork and the atmosphere of the apartment.
Sergey carried out the technical reconstruction and the systems behind it.
Today they still prepare every arrival, inspect the apartment, maintain it and continue to improve it.
Guests communicate directly with the people who know the apartment best.
The first hour
The first hour after arriving in a new city is usually the busiest.
Orange Cat is prepared to make it quieter.
The apartment is ready.
Wi-Fi is ready.
Water, coffee and the essentials for the first evening are already there.
Carrefour and Aversi Pharmacy are in the same building.
Detailed arrival instructions are sent before check-in, so there is no need to solve everything after landing.
Built for everyday life
Orange Cat was arranged as a home first.
The bedroom stays separate.
The kitchen is made for cooking.
Laundry is part of the apartment, not part of tomorrow's plan.
Heating, hot water and cooling are already there when you need them.
Nothing here is unusual on its own.
Together, they make everyday life easier.
The neighbourhood
Some apartments begin at the front door.
Orange Cat begins a little earlier.
Technical University Metro Station is a four-minute walk away.
Carrefour and Aversi Pharmacy are downstairs.
Cafés, transport and everyday services are already part of the neighbourhood.
You do not have to understand the whole city on your first day.
Who Orange Cat is for
Orange Cat was created for two adults.
It works best when two people want to travel together without living every hour in exactly the same way.
The apartment is not designed for three adults.
Families travelling with one child are welcome to ask before booking so that we can decide together whether Orange Cat is the right fit.
Nothing here is accidental
Many decisions inside the apartment are almost invisible.
The outdoor air-conditioning units were moved so they would not blow across the balconies.
The bed was turned so that the first morning view would be the city rather than a wardrobe.
The entrance was redesigned after it became obvious that people need somewhere to sit while putting on their shoes.
Good decisions rarely draw attention to themselves.
They simply make life feel easier.
