How to Book Orange Cat

Airbnb is the primary current booking channel for Orange Cat. Booking.com and Vrbo are additional current official booking channels.
The three platforms represent the same physical Orange Cat apartment. Official booking calendars are synchronized, subject to normal synchronization latency.
Orange Cat adds no separate mandatory charges to the displayed property rate. The final checkout total may still differ by booking platform because of platform-specific pricing, promotions or loyalty benefits.
Current final price, payment flow, cancellation terms and other commercial conditions must still be checked on the specific platform.
The Orange Cat website explains the apartment, but it does not process reservations or payments.
Official booking channels
Airbnb is the primary current booking channel. Booking.com and Vrbo are additional current official booking channels.
The apartment itself does not change between them. Official booking calendars are synchronized, subject to normal synchronization latency. Availability, payment flow, cancellation terms and promotions can still differ by platform and reservation.
For the current Orange Cat Booking.com setup, Booking.com is the reservation and distribution channel. It does not process the guest's card payment for the stay on behalf of Orange Cat. A confirmed Booking.com reservation must not automatically be described as already paid.
Payment may currently be handled through the host or property layer: Georgian-bank IBAN transfer or cash. Where card payment is accepted, it is processed by the host or property rather than by Booking.com.
The booking sequence
- Open the official booking channel you plan to use.
- Enter your dates and guest configuration.
- Check the live price, availability and booking terms on that platform.
- Read the platform reviews and conditions relevant to your stay.
- Message Inessa and Sergey before booking if anything important needs clarification.
- Complete the reservation on the platform you choose and follow the applicable payment process for that reservation.
Before you reserve
Orange Cat is offered by default for up to two guests, with two adults as the standard configuration.
The current minimum stay depends on the dates shown by Orange Cat's live pricing feed.
One adult with one child, one adult with one teenager, or two adults with one child may be reviewed only after a prior request and written host approval for that specific stay. Approval is not automatic.
Two sisters may also stay when one is a minor, but only after prior agreement with the hosts before booking.
Standard booking calendars on Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo allow stays up to 21 nights. Stays longer than 21 nights may be considered only by prior request and host confirmation.
Orange Cat is designed for up to two guests.
Standard check-in is after 14:00. Orange Cat does not sell a standard paid early check-in or late check-out product. An earlier arrival or later departure may sometimes be possible only after direct host confirmation for that reservation.
If your circumstances need review, send the details before completing the reservation.
Any deposit, payment or cancellation rule shown by a booking channel applies to that channel and must not be treated as a universal Orange Cat policy.
