Airport Arrival
The simplest route after landing.
This page is for a tired guest with luggage who wants to reach Orange Cat without making too many decisions.
The short version
If you need internet immediately after landing, use the airport's free Wi-Fi.
Use the official airport taxi outside the terminal, at the curbside of the Arrivals Hall.
Show the driver the entrance card sent by Inessa and Sergey.
If the final part of the route is unclear, message us through your booking channel.
After landing
If you need internet first, use the airport's free Wi-Fi.
For a local SIM or eSIM, leave the secure area, turn right and look for the Magti counter in the terminal hall.
The current route we recommend is the official airport taxi outside the terminal, at the curbside of the Arrivals Hall.
Confirmed guests receive a private entrance card before arrival. Show it to the driver.
Airport Wi-Fi
Use the airport's free Wi-Fi.
No registration is required. Read the terms and choose Agree and Continue.
After a long flight, asking airport staff for help is perfectly reasonable.
SIM or eSIM
After leaving the secure area, turn right and look for the Magti counter.
During the latest field check on 4 August 2026, the counter was operating in the terminal hall.
Airport services can change, so the staff at the counter will confirm the current SIM and eSIM options.
Cash
If you need cash immediately, use an airport ATM or exchange a small amount for your first expenses.
There is rarely a reason to exchange a large sum at the airport. Rates in the city are usually better.
Check the exchange rate and any ATM or card fees before confirming the transaction.
The simplest way to Orange Cat
Use the official airport taxi desk and the branded airport taxis outside the terminal, at the curbside of the Arrivals Hall.
During the latest field check in August 2026, the fixed quoted fare to Orange Cat was 50 GEL. Visa, Mastercard and American Express were accepted at the desk.
The branded vehicles observed during that check were recent vehicles, approximately model years 2025-2026. Compared with cheaper alternatives checked at the same time, the observed premium was roughly 10-15 GEL in exchange for a more direct airport process. These prices, vehicles and payment options can change, so confirm them at the desk before starting the journey.
The journey usually takes about 30 minutes without heavy traffic and around 40 to 45 minutes when the roads are busier.
Bolt and Yandex Go
Both apps work in Tbilisi.
They are useful if you already have internet and are comfortable finding the outdoor pickup point.
After a long flight, the official airport taxi outside the Arrivals Hall is usually simpler.
The final approach
The building can be reached from more than one side.
Confirmed guests receive a short entrance card for the driver. Use it rather than trying to explain the final turn from memory.
At the recommended entrance, luggage can be rolled from the drop-off point to the lift without using entrance steps.
Personal airport pickup
Sometimes Inessa or Sergey can meet guests personally.
This must be agreed in advance and depends on availability. It is not a standard transfer service.
The first evening
Orange Cat is prepared so that you can arrive, get inside, connect to Wi-Fi and stop dealing with travel logistics.
Wi-Fi is ready.
The apartment is prepared for the first evening.
Self check-in also works for late arrivals and delayed flights.

Confirmed guests receive the current entrance card, final directions and check-in instructions privately before arrival.

The terminal services were checked on 13 July 2026, with the Magti counter and taxi details checked again on 4 August 2026.
