Orange Cat has two independently controlled air-conditioning units.
One serves the bedroom and one serves the kitchen-living room. They provide cooling only and may operate separately or simultaneously. Their outdoor units are positioned outside the normal usable balcony areas, with discharge directed away from those areas. This placement does not guarantee a particular comfort outcome or cooling speed.
Orange Cat has two smoke detectors and one gas detector connected to the apartment gas shutoff system.
Use the term gas detector or gas leak detector. Do not describe it as a carbon-monoxide detector because carbon-monoxide sensing is not established by the current model or manufacturer evidence. One smoke detector is publicly photo-evidenced; the second is owner-confirmed. Trigger thresholds, sensed gas type and maintenance intervals are not established by the public photographs.

A water-pressure regulator is installed on Orange Cat's incoming water supply.
It is intended to keep everyday water pressure stable. The visible regulator and gauge do not prove constant pressure, one fixed gauge reading, or immunity from outages and pressure changes in the external city network.
Orange Cat has a washing machine in the bathroom and a movable drying rack.
The rack can be used indoors or on a balcony when conditions are suitable. The current public evidence confirms the installed washing machine but does not establish an exact washing-machine model or undocumented performance characteristics.

The current owner-maintained Netflix Guest setup is ad-free, but it is an operational setup rather than a permanent equipment property. Available languages, audio, subtitles and catalogue depend on the selected title and third-party service.
