Orange Cat is a 54 m² private apartment with one separate bedroom, one kitchen-living room, one bathroom and two separate balconies.

Yes. The bedroom has a 160 × 200 cm bed, and bedding for the living-room sofa is provided. The apartment still accommodates no more than two adults.

Yes. The kitchen has a four-burner hob, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is no oven.

Yes. A washing machine is provided.

No. There is no tumble dryer or drying function. A folding drying rack is provided.

There is one dedicated desk and a separate table that can be used as a second work surface. These are two work surfaces, not two private or sound-isolated offices.

Yes. Orange Cat has fibre internet, Wi-Fi and an extender. Connection speed can vary.

Orange Cat is in a city neighbourhood, so sound levels vary. The available measurements were taken during the day and do not predict night-time conditions or sleep quality.

Yes. The apartment has heating and two independently controlled air-conditioning units for cooling.

Orange Cat accepts bookings for one or two adults.

For stays of eight nights or longer, fresh replacement linen is provided.

There is no private, assigned or guaranteed parking. Free and paid street parking may be available nearby, but finding a space can be difficult. Allow around 15–20 minutes to look; you may need to walk roughly 250–300 metres. Tight spaces may require reversing or parallel parking. Ask the hosts for current local advice if you are arriving by car.

Yes. Confirmed guests can use self check-in 24/7 after the agreed check-in time, once reservation requirements, including any necessary identity verification, are complete. Private arrival instructions are sent before arrival.

Yes, essentially. Orange Cat sends the same accommodation price to its official booking platforms. Small differences of about 1 GEL may appear because of rounding or how a platform displays the price.

A platform may also give you its own discount, loyalty benefit, coupon, cashback or payment offer. Those benefits come from the platform, not from Orange Cat.

We do not try to make one booking channel cheaper than another. Book wherever it is most convenient for you.

No. The Orange Cat website provides information and live availability, but it does not take reservations or payments.

No. Orange Cat receives payment for Booking.com reservations in cash or by bank transfer to a Georgian IBAN.

Booking.com may request a card for its own account or reservation process. That does not mean the accommodation has been paid for.

It depends on the dates. Check the current requirement in the availability calendar or on your chosen booking platform.

On the booking platform you choose. Its checkout shows the final price and terms for that reservation.
