Frequently Asked Questions

Orange Cat living room

Is Orange Cat a hotel?

No.

It's a privately operated apartment created and managed by the same two people who designed it. If you stay here, you'll be talking directly to Inessa or Sergey rather than to a reception desk or a management company.

Who is Orange Cat for?

Mostly for two adults.

The apartment was planned for two people travelling together without needing to share every moment of the day. One can sleep while the other makes coffee, works or sits on the balcony.

Can three adults stay?

No.

Orange Cat is not available for three adults. We prefer to be clear about that before anyone books.

Can we stay with a child?

Possibly.

Please ask before booking. Every family is different, and we'd rather discuss your plans than give a generic yes or no. The apartment is not childproofed.

Can we arrive late at night?

Yes.

Self check-in is available, and we'll send detailed arrival instructions before your trip. You don't need to arrange a late-night meeting with us.

Is the apartment easy to reach from the airport?

Yes.

The Airport Arrival guide explains the simplest route we currently recommend.

Is Wi-Fi ready when we arrive?

Yes.

It's already set up, so you can connect as soon as you've checked in.

Is Orange Cat suitable for remote work?

Yes.

There is a proper desk, prepared Wi-Fi and enough separation for one person to work while the other rests.

What is nearby?

More than most guests need on the first day.

The metro is a four-minute walk away, and both Carrefour supermarket and Aversi Pharmacy are in the same building.

Do we need to go shopping straight after arrival?

No.

The apartment is prepared so that your first evening begins comfortably rather than with a shopping trip.

Can we cook in the apartment?

Absolutely.

The kitchen was built for everyday cooking, not just for making breakfast or reheating takeaway.

Are pets allowed?

No.

Orange Cat does not allow pets.

Is smoking allowed?

Yes, but only on the balconies.

Please keep the balcony door closed while smoking.

How long can we stay?

The minimum stay is two nights.

The current maximum stay is shown on Airbnb. If you need a longer stay, ask the hosts before booking.

What if we have a question that isn't answered here?

Just ask us.

If we know the answer, we'll tell you. If we don't, we'll find it.
