This is not a manual for operating an apartment. Most things should simply work.
Your first day
Start with the basics.
That is usually enough for day one.
Arriving
Technical University Metro is about four minutes away.
Carrefour and Aversi Pharmacy are in the building.
Private entrance and access instructions are sent to confirmed guests.
Food
Carrefour in the building covers the obvious basics.
Glovo and Wolt operate in Tbilisi and are useful when nobody feels like cooking.
Delivery services, restaurants and opening hours change, so the apps are the best source for what is available now.
Internet
Orange Cat has fibre internet, Wi-Fi and an extender.
Connection quality can vary by device and conditions, so we do not promise a fixed speed.

Getting around
Technical University Metro is the nearest station.
Bolt and Yandex Go are widely used for cars around Tbilisi.
For many trips, the useful choice is simply metro or car rather than trying to optimise transport like a military campaign.
Household waste
Please take household rubbish to the public waste containers outside the building.
Tie the bag before leaving the apartment and use the mapped container point rather than leaving rubbish in corridors, lift areas or beside the entrance.
