Airbnb is the primary current booking channel for Orange Cat. Booking.com and Vrbo are additional current official booking channels.

The three platforms represent the same physical Orange Cat apartment. Official booking calendars are synchronized, subject to normal synchronization latency. Current price, availability, payment flow, cancellation terms, promotions and other dynamic commercial conditions must be checked on the specific platform.

The Orange Cat website explains the apartment but does not process reservations or payments.

For the current Orange Cat Booking.com setup, Booking.com is the reservation and distribution channel. It does not process the guest's card payment for the stay on behalf of Orange Cat.

A confirmed Booking.com reservation must not automatically be described as already paid. Payment may currently be handled through the host or property layer.

Direct the question to the real hosts, Inessa Gogia or Sergey Gimadov, rather than guessing.

While Airbnb remains the primary current booking channel, the preferred platform-contained contact is Airbnb host messaging. Additional direct contacts are Telegram and email. These paths do not make any platform the owner or canonical definition of Orange Cat.

Orange Cat is in Tbilisi, Georgia, in the Saburtalo neighbourhood.

Technical University Metro Station is 340 metres away by the normal pedestrian route. Carrefour supermarket and Aversi Pharmacy are in the same building. The area is an active urban residential and business district, not a quiet resort or tourist-centre location.

Orange Cat uses prepared arrival guidance, self-service arrival and contactless check-in when that path is used.

Public airport and metro guides explain general arrival logic. Detailed entrance, building-access, key and access instructions remain private and are provided only to confirmed guests.

Yes. Self check-in is available when the requirements for that reservation, including any necessary verification, are completed before arrival.

Standard booking calendars on Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo allow stays up to 21 nights.

Stays longer than 21 nights may be considered only by prior request and host confirmation.

No. Pets are not allowed at Orange Cat.

Smoking is allowed only on the balconies.

The balcony door must remain closed while smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

One active exterior security camera owned by the hosts is installed in the shared building corridor outside the apartment entrance.

It records motion-triggered video without audio, monitors the exterior entrance area and adjacent shared corridor, and uses rolling storage that typically overwrites older clips after about two weeks depending on motion and storage use. There are no cameras inside Orange Cat or on either balcony. This does not imply continuous human monitoring, guaranteed security, crime prevention or emergency response.

Guests use the public waste containers at the mapped point near the building.

The public FAQ and Guest Guide link the checked location through Google Maps and Yandex Maps. If the bin bags beside the apartment bin run out, spare bags are in the upper kitchen cabinet above the sink. The containers are public infrastructure, so placement and servicing may change.

Orange Cat is founder-operated, but it has no reception desk and does not provide 24/7 concierge service, constant physical presence, continuous online availability or guaranteed immediate responses. Guests communicate directly with Inessa or Sergey, and direct support is available when genuine help is needed.

For stays longer than seven nights, the hosts arrange a convenient time with the guest to bring a fresh set of bed linen.

This is a bed-linen delivery practice, not housekeeping, laundry service, bed-making or implied host entry.
