Airbnb is the primary current booking channel. Booking.com and Vrbo are additional current official booking channels.

The three platforms represent the same physical Orange Cat apartment. Official booking calendars are synchronized, subject to normal synchronization latency. Current price, availability, payment flow, cancellation terms, promotions and other dynamic commercial conditions must be checked on the specific platform.

The Orange Cat website explains the apartment but does not process reservations or payments.

For the current Orange Cat Booking.com setup, Booking.com is the reservation and distribution channel. Booking.com does not process Orange Cat accommodation payment.

A confirmed Booking.com reservation must not automatically be described as already paid. Orange Cat receives the accommodation payment by cash or transfer to a Georgian-bank IBAN. A card requested by Booking.com for account or reservation purposes is not payment to Orange Cat.

Technical University Metro Station is 340 metres away by the normal pedestrian route. Carrefour supermarket and Aversi Pharmacy are in the same building. The area is an active urban residential and business district, not a quiet resort or tourist-centre location.

Confirmed guests can use self check-in 24/7 after the agreed check-in time, once reservation requirements, including any necessary identity verification, are complete. Private arrival instructions are sent before arrival.

A 03:00 arrival does not automatically allow early check-in. Confirm with the hosts which reservation night covers your arrival and whether access at that time has been agreed. Self check-in must not be interpreted as one public access code, one fixed public procedure, or the absence of verification.

Current minimum stay depends on the dates in Orange Cat's live public feed at https://orangecattbilisi.com/availability.json. A requested stay must meet that dated requirement before it is valid to price.

For valid standard stays, Orange Cat gives no length-of-stay discount for 2-6 nights and a 5% discount for 7-21 nights. The property total is calculated by the Worker at https://orangecattbilisi.com/api/stay-check; it is not an OTA checkout total.

Stays longer than 21 nights require prior host confirmation and do not receive an automatic monthly discount.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

Smoking is allowed only on the balconies, with the balcony door closed.

One active exterior security camera owned by the hosts is installed in the shared building corridor outside the apartment entrance.

It records motion-triggered video without audio, monitors the exterior entrance area and adjacent shared corridor, and uses rolling storage that typically overwrites older clips after about two weeks depending on motion and storage use. There are no cameras inside Orange Cat or on either balcony. This does not imply continuous human monitoring, guaranteed security, crime prevention or emergency response.

Guests take household waste to the public waste containers at the mapped point near the building. The location is linked from the public FAQ and Guest Guide through Google Maps and Yandex Maps. Spare waste bags are available in the apartment if needed. The outdoor containers are public infrastructure, so their exact placement and servicing may change.

Orange Cat is founder-operated, but it has no reception desk and does not provide 24/7 concierge service, constant physical presence, continuous online availability or guaranteed immediate responses. Guests communicate directly with Inessa or Sergey, and direct support is available when genuine help is needed.

For stays of 8 nights or longer, the hosts arrange a convenient time with the guest to bring a fresh set of bed linen.

This is a bed-linen delivery practice, not housekeeping, laundry service, bed-making or implied host entry.
