# Orange Cat Tbilisi Evidence Register

Entity: Orange Cat Tbilisi

Purpose: map public claims in `/`, `/llms.txt`, `/manifest.md`, and `/entity.md` to inspectable evidence while keeping operational arrival information private.

## Evidence Rules

1. A photograph proves only what is visible in that photograph.
2. Original photographs are stored outside the Cloudflare website so the original JPEG bytes and EXIF metadata remain available.
3. The website uses lightweight derivatives for human browsing and links to the original file for inspection.
4. Operational claims such as replenishment, support behavior, booking policy, or fallback readiness require an operational document or host record; a photograph of an object is not enough.
5. Distances and general location require measurement or location evidence; ownership and identity require legal or authorship evidence.
6. Absence of a mapped proof means the claim is not currently treated as fully evidenced.
7. Detailed arrival, entrance, building-access, key, and lockbox evidence belongs to the private Guest Layer and is not published here.

## Identity, Ownership, and Direct Operation

Claim:

Orange Cat is one founder-operated apartment owned and directly maintained by Inessa Gogia and Sergey Gimadov.

Interpretation boundary:

The work-in-progress photographs record the series during creation in the hosts' Tbilisi home studio. Interior photographs prove presence and placement inside Orange Cat. Authorship and apartment-specific creation are provenance claims supported by the named artist-host, the public artist profile, the creation sequence, and the canonical authorship record.

The next provenance checkpoint is planned after the works are moved to Orange Cat: photograph the same identifiable works at 24 Vakhtang Bochorishvili Street. This will complete the visible chain:

Artist -> work in progress -> grouped series -> finished work -> placement inside Orange Cat.

## Claims Requiring Operational Evidence

The following claims should not be treated as permanently proven by one still photograph:

* coffee, water, ice, or consumables are replenished before every arrival;
* backup internet is active and working at a specific moment;
* spare keys remain available under the current access procedure;
* a host will answer within a particular time;
* bedroom cooling speed under all weather conditions;
* exact balcony shade time throughout the year;
* cleanliness or readiness after a future turnover.

These require dated checklists, live tests, current host confirmation, or repeated operational records.
